What We Do

The Community Foundation of West Alabama does several things in an attempt to carry out our mission. 
Those involved with the Community Foundation:

	Work with donors to create charitable funds according to their specific interests and needs
	Work towards knowing and understanding the needs of our community in an effort to match donors with important giving opportunities
	Manage over $2 million in charitable assets to achieve the greatest giving power
	Make grants and provide financial support to nonprofit organizations Build awareness of the importance of philanthropy
